PURPOSE
The following pages were designed to encourage people to read the best Lutheran books.
Unfortunately, the synodical leaders and seminary professors of Lutheranism have abrogated their responsibility in teaching sound doctrine in harmony with the Scriptures and the Confessions.
Instead, the apostate leaders have turned people toward the wretched books of the Church Growth Movement. These Lutheran turncoats do not belong to the radical Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, but to the so-called conservative synods: the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, and the Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
ELCA promotes the Church Growth Movement, too, but ELCA is in fellowship with the ELS, the WELS, the LCMS, the Church of Rome, the United Church of Christ, the Metropolitan Community Churches, and even the Moravians. ELCA has loudly and repeated denounced the basic doctrines of Christianity, in her constitution, her deadly dull publications, and in her dogmatics book, Braaten/Jenson's Christian [sic] Dogmatics.
Studying the works of the Reformed will not solve the current problems of Lutherans. We must return to the great books of our heritage, beginning with our Confessions, the Book of Concord, in a reliable translation.
If we do not know our own Book of Concord, we are not Lutherans.
