Every new student at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary (WELS) must go through an initiation rite during the first year. It is so secret that students are told never to divulge the secrets to anyone, including their wives, children, and relatives.
"...And men loved darkness rather than light, because their works were evil." John 3:19 KJV.
The secret rite is called "GA." The initiation is crude, barbaric, sadistic, anti-Christian, and often blasphemous. The faculty supports and encourages GA. Dean John Brenner said the good it accomplishes outweighs the bad. Former GA Pope James Teifel fought to get GA going again when one class canceled it.
